EXCEEDING MERCY EPHESIANS 2:4
Greetings of Divine remembrance in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Glory to God for His settled word at work in our lives. Beloved, there is an overflowing mercy with God, and it is readily available without limits; “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us”. Eph2:4. The reality of this fountain of mercy is available to all creature in distress and misery. “And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.” Matt 9:27-30. When God’s mercy steps in, it bypasses human limitations, breaks protocols to deliver sudden miracles. Mercy originates from God’s deep love and revives spiritually broken people. For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. Rom9:15. Exceeding mercy overrides natural consequences through God’s compassion. Mercy does not give us the punishment we deserve, but instead offers forgiveness, kindness and relief from distress. Mercy removes a deserved punishment and shows us kindness. The overflowing mercy of God surpasses human understanding and it is available to everyone who cares to receive them. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. Ps86:5.
To receive mercy: ●You must be Merciful to Others “Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.” Matt5:7. An unmerciful person shuts the door to receiving divine compassion. we are vessels of mercy.
●You must confess sin: To confess and forsake sin, attracts mercy. “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy”. Pro28:13. Concealing sin hinders progress, while confessing and turning away from sin attracts mercy.
●You must cry for mercy: A desperate cry for mercy attracts divine intervention. “And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way” Mark10:46-52. A sincere persistent cry for mercy has the power to stop the Almighty in His tracks and turn a situation around. ●You must appreciate the privilege of mercy: The object of mercy, is a creature in distress and misery. God has done so much for us, so mercy must be appreciated.” It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not” Lam3: 22. Trust wholly in Christ, place your confidence in God’s mercy and finished work rather than in your own personal merit. ●Hope in God “Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.” Ps130:7. Therefore, the Prophetic focus for the MONTH of OCTOBER 2026 is EXCEEDING MERCY.Eph2:4. God will show you mercy this month in the name of Jesus. WARNING: “He heard the trumpet and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.” Ezek33:5 SAVE YOUR SOUL NOW! Repent NOW. - Father, I thank you because your mercies are new every morning, and I receive fresh grace to scale through this day, month, and year victoriously in the name of Jesus.Lam3:23.
- Lord, by your power, let your exceeding mercy triumph over every satanic and demonic power shouting against my breakthrough and destiny in the name of Jesus.James2:13.
- Lord, by your power, do not let your mercy come to a halt over my life, let your overflowing mercy continually shield me from sudden destruction in the name of Jesus. Lam3:22.
- Lord, by your power, let your overflowing mercy open doors of supernatural favour for me that no man or adversary can shut in the name of Jesus.Rev3:8.
- Lord, by your power, arise in your mercy, and restore everything that the storms and trials of life have stolen from my life and destiny in the name of Jesus.Joel2:25.
- Lord, by your power, let your exceeding mercy overturn every negative “NO” issued against my progress into a permanent “YES” in the name of Jesus.Ezek21: 27.
- Lord, by your power, let your powerful voice of mercy cancel every evil pronouncement, family curse and negative generational pattern operating in my foundation in the name of Jesus. Ps29:4.
